Account opening and participation in Emission Trading System – physical or legal persons

The account is open for pool of the operators authorized person after the establishment of the pool

For the account opening in the ETR the physical or legal person has:

• to fill and send the application form  Pieteikuma forma (45.00 KB)  to LEGMC;
• to send the copy of her/his passport (for physical person), to send the copy of the registration certificate of the enterprise (for legal person) to LEGMC Customer Service Division;
• to send original of the application for the account opening with signatures and stamps as well as approved copies to LEGMC by e-mail (klientu.serviss@lvgmc.lv) and  by post to LEGMC (Maskavas street 165, Riga, LV-1019, Latvia); 
• to sign a contract with LEGMC for the possibility to operate with the allowances;
• to pay to LEGMC for the services according to signed contract and public service price list of LEGMC – Pricelist of the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre servises for 2010.
  

Account is activated by the ETR administrator within the 2 days after the receive of the payment confirmation.

After the opening of the account ETR administrator informs the Client about the opening indicating the Client's representative for the granting of access rights to the account and notifying the password, username and the digital identifier of the account in ETR.
